At VitalithMD, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must have been purchased directly from www.vitalithmd.com
  • The return request must be made within 30 days of the delivery date
  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
  • You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt)

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to health and safety regulations, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Opened or used supplements
  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable
  • Gift cards and promotional items

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at returns@vitalithmd.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions
  3. Ship the item back to the return address provided (you are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error)
  4. Once received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund

4. Refunds

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return was due to a shipping error or damaged product.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery at returns@vitalithmd.com
  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue
  • We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your credit card company or bank—it may take time before your refund is officially posted
  • If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at returns@vitalithmd.com
