Our Story

VitalithMD® began with a physician's interest in nutrients that are often overlooked in everyday nutrition. That interest led to a physician-formulated multivitamin and multimineral featuring nutritional lithium, a naturally occurring trace mineral, alongside essential daily nutrients. Our goal is to go beyond a basic multivitamin by bringing carefully selected nutrients together in one convenient daily formula.

Why Nutritional Lithium?

Lithium occurs naturally in varying amounts in soil, water, and certain foods. Scientific literature has explored lithium in many contexts and at many different doses. VitalithMD® uses lithium orotate as a nutritional ingredient within a broader daily supplement; it is not prescription lithium and is not intended to treat a medical condition.
