At VitalithMD, we're committed to getting your wellness essentials to you quickly and safely. Review our shipping policy below for details on processing times, delivery, and tracking.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your package leaves our facility.
Please Note: Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We currently offer the following shipping options within the United States:
Standard Shipping
- Cost: FREE on all orders over $50
- Delivery Time: 5-7 business days
- Cost for orders under $50: $5.99
Expedited Shipping
- Cost: $12.99
- Delivery Time: 3-5 business days
Express Shipping
- Cost: $19.99
- Delivery Time: 2-3 business days
Delivery times are estimates and begin after your order has been processed. Actual delivery times may vary based on your location and carrier performance.
International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by location:
- Processing Time: 1-2 business days
- Delivery Time: 7-21 business days (depending on destination)
- Shipping Cost: Calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight
Important: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in your order total and are collected upon delivery.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package using:
- The tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email
- Your carrier's website (USPS, UPS, or FedEx)
- Your VitalithMD account dashboard
Note: Tracking information may take 24-48 hours to update after your shipping confirmation is sent.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Address changes can only be made before your order has shipped. Contact us immediately at support@vitalithmd.com if you need to update your shipping information.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Lost Packages: If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, please:
- Check with neighbors or household members
- Verify the delivery address in your confirmation email
- Contact us within 7 days at support@vitalithmd.com
We'll work with the carrier to locate your package or arrange a replacement.
Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please:
- Take photos of the damaged packaging and product
- Contact us within 48 hours at support@vitalithmd.com
- Provide your order number and photos
We'll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Subscription Orders
Subscription orders are automatically processed and shipped according to your selected delivery frequency (every 30, 60, or 90 days). You'll receive an email reminder 3 days before each shipment.
Subscription Shipping Benefits:
- FREE standard shipping on all subscription orders
- Priority processing
- Flexibility to skip, pause, or cancel anytime
Peak Season & Delays
During peak shopping seasons (holidays, promotional events), processing and shipping times may be extended. We'll notify you of any anticipated delays via email.
Factors beyond our control that may cause delays include:
- Weather conditions
- Carrier delays
- Natural disasters
- Customs processing (international orders)
PO Boxes & Military Addresses
We ship to:
- PO Boxes: Yes (USPS only)
- APO/FPO/DPO addresses: Yes (standard shipping rates apply)
Military shipments may require additional processing time.
