Every wellness brand starts with a question. For VitalithMD®, that question was how to build a more thoughtful daily multivitamin around nutrients that are easy to overlook.
A Personal Interest That Sparked a Mission
Elisa Medhus, M.D. became interested in nutritional lithium while reviewing scientific literature on trace minerals and everyday nutrition. That interest led her to explore how nutritional lithium could be incorporated into a broader multivitamin and mineral formula. Her personal experience helped inspire the company, but individual experiences vary and are not a guarantee of results.
Why Nutritional Lithium?
Lithium occurs naturally in varying amounts in soil, water, and certain foods. Scientific literature has explored lithium in many contexts and at many different doses. VitalithMD® uses lithium orotate as a nutritional ingredient within a broader daily supplement; it is not prescription lithium and is not intended to treat a medical condition.

Working with formulation and manufacturing professionals, Elisa developed a daily multivitamin that combines essential nutrients with a carefully measured amount of lithium orotate. The goal is straightforward: convenient, transparent daily nutritional support.
